Research and Study Conferences
A typical society is “La Société Japonaise de Langue et Littérature Françaises” (The Japanese Society of French Language & Literature). Our students make energetic research presentations at the national convention held twice a year in the spring and fall. It is important that students who aim to become researchers in the future become members and actively find opportunities to present their research. There is a branch for each block, and the Kyushu branch meeting held in December is an opportunity to present one’s research as well as exchange opinions and strike up friendships with fellow researchers.
The national convention’s publication is called “Études de Langue et Litterature Françaises,” (French Language and French Literature Studies) and the publication of the Kyushu Branch is called “Etudes des Lettres Françaises” (Studies of French Literature).
