Nanakuma History Conference

The “Nanakuma History Conference” of History Department, Fukuoka University’s Faculty of Humanities was established in 1999 as a parent organization for academic conferences where faculty staff, graduate students, and students can interact and members of the public can participate.
The annual meeting of the Nanakuma History Conference, which is a research conference, holds public lectures and conducts research presentations under each subcommittee (Japanese history, foreign history, archeology), has become an important opportunity for graduate students to make presentations on their research results.
We also publish the annual conference magazine “Nanakuma History” and undertake proactive research activities.
